Children’s Program 7-12 years old
Beginner's children's class
This class is designed for children between the ages of 7-12 years old. The novice class is for white and yellow belt students. The emphasis of the class is placed on teaching discipline, respect, courtesy and teamwork. Children learn basic martial art technique in a fun and loving environment.  Children learn basic kicks, strikes, grappling, falls, self defense breakaways and much more. 

Class Hours:
Monday and Wednesday 5pm – 6pm
Tuesday and Thursday 5pm – 6pm
6pm – 7pm
Saturday (Open Class) 10am – 11am

Advanced Children’s Class
Advanced children’s classes are for 7-12 year olds where techniques are taught at a faster pace. Emphasis is placed on acquiring leadership skills and mentoring lower ranking belts.  Students are taught higher level advanced techniques such as knife defense and stick defense, and defense against multiple attackers.  In order to advance to higher belt levels students must participate in community service activities and conduct numerous Acts of Kindness.

Class Hours:
Monday and Wednesday 6pm – 7pm
Saturday (Open Class) 10am – 11am
