Head Instructor:
Master Adrienne Jones, 4th Dan Black belt, Taekwondo, has 30
years experience in martial arts. She has been effectively
training others over 15 years. She has developed this
specialized course for women as a result of her experiences.
She says "by the time a woman reaches the age of 60, on average,
she is unable to lift 10 pounds over her head. This is a
dismal prediction of her quality of life in later years.
My goal is to get women and girls to commit to good health - no
matter what their current fitness level, and then assist them in
living that commitment. No matter your current age, you
must develop a fitness mindset for life."
